Correct timing in drinking WATER

make sure to drink 2(two) glasses of water 3o(thirty) minutes before meals to help your digestion or to help you to have a good digestion. 1(one) glasses of water after waking up to help activate internal organs! 1(one) glasses of water before going to sleep to avoid midnight strokes or heart attacks and 1 glass after taking a bath to help you to get a lower blood pressure! Make it a daily habit! I've tried doing it and I've asked a doctor about it and he confirmed it as a good way of living and also to keep us all to be hydrated always! Have a nice day mylotters!~ :3

You have given really a good suggestions though I think only with drinking one glass of water before sleeping couldn't help to avoid a heart attack or stroke if your suffering from a dyslipidemia.One should must consult a doctor if he had these kind of diseases or high blood pressure.Generally speaking drinking twenty glass of water thruoghout the day will help u to keep your body hidrated.It is also helpfull for better digestion.Thanks for starting a good discussion.

wow! i think i agree with you too about drinking twenty glasses of water a day! the doctor mentioned that too! it really is true that drinking 20 glasses of water a day can take away dehydration in our health! thanks for the response!~

Water plays an essential role in almost body functions such as digestion. Absorption and transport of nutrients and detoxification. Water is very important cause helps to filter toxins dilutes them and take them out of your body. Water helps to combate cellulite, strech marks, there are numerous advantages for the body when you drink watr!

Hi uchihaseymour! Strictly speaking, I personally think that the correct timing of drinking water is whenever you're thirsty. But that's just in a strict and technical sense . I do agree with your suggestions. I myself have been practicing drinking water after waking up ever since I've read it on a health book many years ago. It said that drinking water early morning on an empty stomach or right after you wake up is like an internal bath . I've also heard about drinking water about an hour or 30 minutes before meals but I think it was only 1 glass... Anyway, I think the point is that we should drink water before meals when our stomach is empty and not during (that's actually what was said in the book). Water is also quite important before going to bed. Since we are asleep for many hours, our body needs enough fluids for its repair and stuff.

I totally agree with you and i would love to follow your suggestions. I frequently suffer from urinary tract infection and i am required to drink at 2 liters a day. I can't seem to do that often but with a schedule in mind of how to do it i think it would be easier. This information has been helpful to me. Thank you.

Wow. I always knew that water will do you good but not this good. I am happy to know that you are feeling better for doing this. I will try it for sure. I hope that I will also have the results you had. I am trying to loose weight and so I drink more water than before hoping that I will be healthier. Thank you for sharing.
