Is Adsense REALLY paying for impression???

I have 2-3 blogs and having adsense on it. I have a daily traffic of around 50-60.
And i am checking adsense account thrice a day. But I think they only pays you for Per Click and don't really pay for the impression in which the visitor did't click on your ads.
What do you guys think. If the adsense pays for impression then when and how please tell me.

I think they pay based on CPM or "cost per mille". It's how much it costs per 1000 impression. For instance if you have a CPM of $0.05, then for every 1000 views for your blog you will get $0.05 cents.
So if your traffic is below 1000, i don't think you will get any money, or the amount will be too little.

Can you guys please elaborate some more
As if i am getting 100 views per day then after 10 days when my total impression will be 1000
will i be paid then
Or i will be paid only if i am having 1000 impression per day.

well i got many time 0.01$ for that as my blog too had less traffic averaging about to 70 .
Surely if there is such you will get one.
