Well I did it!!

The last time I was on here (about two months ago)I posted that I was to rejoin Weight Watchers after putting on loads of weight over the last few years with health and family problems.
Well I DID pluck up the courage and rejoin classes on 11th January and started doing the new ProPoints diet and I am pleased to say that after 7weeks I have lost 23 and a half pounds, all while eating really good healthy, tasty and filling food.
Are any of you following this new programme at all?

Good on you. I have to change my diet now as I have just been diagnosed as a diabetic . So I have to have a low GI diet.I have to see the dietitian soon t know what I can and can not eat. So I am looking forward to losing some weight and feeling a lot healthier. I may have to look into to this weight watchers programme after I see the dietitian. Way to go girl , keep up the good work. Well deg gone! Good for you!! Wow! I had lost 4.5 pounds before I got really sick and ended up in the hospital for two days. Now it's just not coming off anymore but I think it's due to my wacky thyroid. I had it tested today and find out the results on Friday when I see the doctor again. However, that's awesome job you've done!! Keep up the good work!!

No, I am not on weight watchers, nor do I know how the program works, but as long as it works and you are happier for it.
