Some help or advice please.

I have been trying to lose some weight since September. I went through a phase of going to the gym daily but some days I find I do not have the time as I have essays to do for uni and so need to spend time on getting these done. I am cutting out all the snacks I eat now and just eating oranges as of last month. I am trying to cut the weight around my stomach as it looks big and makes all my trousers feel tight, I also am trying to reduce my man boobs.
Since the start of last week I started going to the gym 3 times a week and am going to try to go 5 days next week Monday-Friday but not on the weekend. When I go to the gym I cycle 20kms, I go on the cross trainer for a hour. I sometimes do some rowing. I make sure I drink lots of water when I am there.
I have cut down the amount of fizzy drinks I have and the amount of juices I dirnk and replaced them with water.
So I would like advice on what exercises I should do to help me reduce the weight around my belly and the flab in my pectorial regions.

I have been running for about two months now. I can feel my clothes getting a bit looser than it was before and it feels super great =D And the other thing is i don't eat after 7pm at night too. If i get hungry i just grab some fruits like oranges or bananas, but i don't know how healthy that is. So yeah run or jog it's good for weight loss..

I do not like running on a treadmill cos the time i did my legs went funny and I felt all dizzy.

exercise is only part of it. what you should do is write down everything you eat. cut out sugars all together and oeat more vegitables and fruit. as for exercise, do what you can tolerate. for me, i can only walk a little bit but i have an exercise bike which i got for free which both my hubby and i use.

I have cut out sugar all together I do not drink anything fizzy or juices, I eat no cakes or sweets the only sugar I get is from fruit.

Since it is hard for you to go to the gym have you ever thought about getting any at home programs such as P90x, Insanity or Turbo Jam? They are like the top infomercials for weight loss. The only thing else I can think of is just making sure your diet is under control and eating the right food.

Bananas are very useful for your intestinal to defecate your body.
The first thing to do is txpeling the waste if you want to become thinner and healthier.
Then i wanna introduce the belly dance and belly massage.
It's no necessary to describe ‘Belly Dance’ .As for belly massage,it's an effective way to reduce the weight around the belly. I'm the beneficiary of it.
First step:Rub your hands to warm them.
Second setp:Lie in the bed and keep your body comfortable before you get sleep.
Third step:Use your warm hands to massage belly clockwise or enterclockwise(No matter which direction,once you chose,you should follow it from beginning to end).It will takes ten minutes or more.
After it,you can enjoy your sleep.
Maybe you should try.
