Kolo Toure

Kolo Toure has failed a drugs test what's your view on this? Are the rules in sport too tough on sportspersons in general? 
What action should be taken on Toure, I know Manchester City have suspended him and in my opinion rightly so 
, he's also apparently failed in on the basis of an A class drug, tut tut Mt Toure, he's the same for any other professional he needs to respect the rules and he's failed to do so and at such a bad time for City with them looking to push on in the FA cup and the league 
. Can you remember any other big names failing a drug test?

It is a rumor that many players from the EPL are doped. So this is not a big surprise for me. The problem is that there are too many games in a short period of time and players cannot handle it.
As for other big names who failed this test: Rio Ferdinand, Adrian Mutu, Fabio Cannavaro,Jaap Stam and many others. I cannot remember them all, bit there are many examples in the history.
