I have recently decided to apply to Demand Studios for writing positions on the web. I am very nervous because I have never applied to a company like this. If I get accepted I will be possibly be able to travel and work, the way I have been dreaming about for several years.
The problem i'm having is making a resume. I am looking for the best possible templates but have come up short.
Please, have any of you guy's had success with applying to Demand Studios and have a link or idea's to help me.
Thank you,
VisonTech

I have a Word resume just for writing. The first page is all the companies I have worked for and the type of writing I did. The second page are excerpts of my published work and links which is a combination of SEO, marketing and web content.
This is something I came up with on my own as copywriting portfolios may not always get a content writing job.

Can you give me an example of your resume? I mean like how many companies have you worked for because I don't have any past experience working as a freelance writer. I don't have any experience with SEO either.
I know I can do this but I have absolutely no substantial background to rely on. I spent 2 hours writing a resume but all my experience is in like data entry within the inventory realm. Or G-code for CNC machines. Nothing really has to do with writing.
Also, because I have read that if you don't have a degree or specific background in SEO then you need to show that you are very experienced in a couple fields, niche subjects. So thats what I'm relying on. A couple knowledgeable subjects I have under my belt.

I have recently joined this program, but have not submitted any writings yet. I think this is a good program to be with. Of course, one has to give it a try and see how it works.

Do you mind me asking what you did for your resume. I have never had luck with resumes and I am concerned about this most of all...
