Where should the money come from?

Ok, there will soon be massive reductions of state funding to cities and counties in Wisconsin. State law limits the rate by which cities and counties can tax the people. Right now many cities, counties and school boards are making contracts with the unions so they go into effect before the new budget laws are passed.
So, where will the cities, counties and school districts get the money to fund these new contracts with the workers?

Seems to be the favored option... as long as the taxes are only raised on someone else. lol

Where will it come from? If they can't afford to pay the teachers and give them the largess in benefits, I guess it will come out of money for supplies and textbooks. But hey, the teachers will have great insurance and pay increases on time.

Yup, the teachers who are defending their collective bargaining are given guarantees that they deny everyone else... including the students they exploit.

As I see it the money is going to come from us the working man, or as the government looks at us, the little people. Lets face it the rich will always be rich and big business will always run the country. They want all the tax breaks and they want to keep all the money. We the low man on the totem pole will be the ones working and paying higher taxes then the so called upper crust. If you think for one moment that the government cares about us you are sadly mistaken. We are all expendable.

As I said, tax increases aren't an option because the cities, counties and school boards are already taxing us as much as the law allows.
