Which Is More Of A Reality, 'Love Is Blind' Or 'Love At First Sight'?

IMO, there's really no love at first sight, it'll be more likely infatuation. So in the real aspect, I think "love is blind" applies more. Because when you are inlove, you tend to overlook your loved one's flaws. You just see the good things that s/he has.

For me, 'love is blind' is more on a reality because it's very true that when someone is in love he tends to see things differently from what they are.I don't believe in 'love at first sight' it's not love, it's actually attraction that let's you feel nice when you see some one for the first time. Why, would you stare at someone who is ugly and feels attracted to him/her?

Love is blind is more on the reality side. People does not see a person's bad and ugly attitude if the person is in love with that kind of person. Everybody seems to see it, except the person in relationship with her or him.

I don't believe "love at first sight" so much. Because you may fall in love with some one at the first sight, under a special condition when your heart is so attracted. But it's not the love we need. What we really need is the understanding of each other, the caring of each other, the staying together happily with each other, etc. It's not easy to find the true love just for us in our real life. And maybe the first sight love will turn out to be the true love, as time flows, as you know each other better. However, most cases are not like thus. We just get the feeling of love in our common daily life. So, we always need a eye for love.

hi, this is a nice question, for me the more reality is Love is blind and i always experienced this in my life, once i've been in loved with a guy, my mind always defeated by my heart. i cant see those negative parts instead those good and sweet times i had.even i hurt so much because of this love,that's why sometimes i called my self as a martyr, because i am always blind in terms of love.

Hi Yansky ! I think the love is like everything , it always have two sides . If this is a True Love , it will make you feel jolly and enjoy life more ! It also make you more tolerant and lovely . But "Love at first sight" and only love his appearance ... I think it's so blind , really blind when you spend the time for a love lightning...:)

i believe in "love is blind" coz love totally is and i know it. have gone and done extreme stuffs for love. god i was crazy then lol love drives me crazy but i love it.

I totally agree with you.When you deeply love someone,you could forget the tradition and gossip.You could also unconditionally forgive her/him for mistake.So,I think the saying "love is blind" is more a reality .

'Love at first sight' is a myth. If anything, it's 'lust at first sight'. 'Love is Blind', however, is more of a reality. When engaging in a new relationship, one tends to see everything through pink-colored goggles and be literally blind to the other's faults. Unfortunatly, soon enough the first glow fades and off comes the goggles, allowing you to see clearly all the faults and flaws you'd previously missed.
