Chatting is a best way for womens health

I do agree that if we share our views, experiences and perhaps symptoms with one another that we can actually learn and pick up more knowledge. Sometimes a women or a man are embarrassed to explain and or ask what might perhaps be ailing them. So with chatting sessions we would be surprised as to what one divulges that actually could be helpful. So I agree to be open at times with people for further knowledge.

I agree women in general are talkative, whether she is from india or abroad, once they sit comfortably in a group, the gossip starts from A and ends in Z only, but i don't thing it is related to health, well if some body is happy, health remains good.. Chatting is not only needed by women, men also need a chat. Because the female or male, needs socialization.One way to socialize, is to chat.

Hi surekharathi, i feel chatting with others is like sharing views and thoughts. I am not that talkative but now a days i am chatting with my friend online regularly and become addicted to. It gives much relaxation nice to share with the friends. Some friends will give nice suggestions which really workout. Have a nice day.

It's the first time I heard that chatting is helpful for women's help. I agree in some point because through chatting women can share their inner feeling that they can't share vocally. Sometimes it's easy for us to say what we want to say through writing. Not all women can speak out what inside their heart. So, maybe good for the health (women's heart) in some part. Because if we always keep what inside our heart like sadness, we are angry, upset, happiness maybe we will be having a heart problem in the future.. Like myself, who was very quiet when i was young. But now I learn how to speak and talk in front of people. And I do love chatting too.....I can practice my English Skills, my typing and I love to meet to new people around the world. :)
