is there a criteria in mylot that a blogger gets paid?
or it depends upon what they post and mylot decides to pay the blogger?
or is it only posting and discussing multiple things and mylot pays you..:)? just asking..:)

The advice I usually give to all newbies who have questions about how myLot works is: Read the FAQs!
I'll make no exception for you, and I'll suggest you, too, to read the FAQs and the guidelines. There you will find the answers for all your questions.
Regarding your current question, nobody can tell you exactly what are the criteria used by myLot to determine how much an activity is paid, but here is what myLot says: "Earnings are calculated based on a proprietary model that rewards quality responses, relevant discussions and images, and normal website activities"
