Natural Light by far it has many benefits like providing vitamin D and is more uplifting and revitalising that artificial light....

I prefer natural light usually. It is easier on my eyes and a lot cheaper than running the electricity for the artifical lights. Unless it is very hot outside and I want to keep the house cool, I open my blinds and let in the sunlight. Now in the winter I always have my blinds open for the lighting and also the heat of the sun. Have a great day.

Natural light, as you said it's more soothing and makes me feel better than when i am bathed by artificial light. But some good hotels do know how to use it to make ambient effects.

Natural light is always better, but I'm grateful for artificial light. I like to do my crafts by natural light as the true colours show up, and it is easier on the eyes.

I prefer the natural light too, brijendra. But the problem here in my country is that the weather is hot and humid. So I usually stay indoor. Most of my time spent, artificial light is my companion. All the best.

I too prefer natural light, available in abundance, free, good for eyes, and available in a variety of brightness suitable for different tasks. But i'll also need artificial light because there days we have become nocturnal creatures and our work just doesnt seem to be finishes byy sunset..

Natural light would always be my choice, but inside, if it is dreary I turn on my five headed lamp and have all the light you could want!

MY choice goes to natural light without a doubt. It's easier on the ways, can be softer and it's well... natural :) Of course we need artificial light as well, and I understand that need, but my preference goes to natural light.
