Problem on Clixsense sound alert toolbar

I was using Clixsense toolbar for long time already but only yesterday I decided to try their sound alert after I discovered its existence thru some of discussions about clixsense I had replied on here.. But Im having a problem here activating my sound alert. I tried all of their sounds but of no avail. Its not working, btw I installed my toolbar on my firefox browser. Does my browser has something to do with it? Pls help..

I am a upgraded member on clixsense but i have notg installed the toolbar is it really worth it?

Because of all the whistles and bells from a great number of sites I frequent, I usually keep my sound on mute. So for one, check to see if you have the sound on in your system. Because having the toolbar in Firefox should not impact not having sound.
I would say that if it is not working perhaps you will have to uninstall and reinstall it. I also use the radio, and tv from the toolbar and the sound works fine.

I am facing no problems with the toolbar of clixsense
try to uninstall it and reinstall it again if that doe not work try to uninstall and reinstall Firefox and see whether it works out for you
i am too using this toolbar from a long time with no problem till now
