Oh gosh that was a safety precaution on your side there. Wow I am surprised that McDonalds did that, as I thought they had them set at a timer which was pre-set to assure it was cooked inside out.
I do hope they do not do this again, someone could get really sick. Reminds of this one famous franchise who had a really bad out break with E-coli!

It's the staff they employ, who can't be bothered - they do the training, but it doesn't go in and they don't listen or apply the training. They really need to employ better staff, but it's actually really hard to get staff because not many people want to work there. I last went to McDonalds last week actually, the hot chocolate tasted like a mixture of papaer, coffee and metal, and the hash browns were so greasy...

Hi, tikbalang56. It was very wise of you to check your son's cheeseburger. That is a shame that McDonald's did not care to check the beef on this hamburger meat. I am glad that your son is okay and not sick off of what he eaten. He could have been poisoned! After this, I am sure that they won't be getting your business anymore. I think that I will be paying close attention from now on if I buy any burgers from McDonald's. Or for anywhere else at that matter. I buy my own fully cooked, hamburger meats and I cook them in the microwave. I am so glad to because I can make sure that it is cooked well enough. It beats allowing others to cook it for me.

Hi,
Lucky you did check the burger before your son
eating those patty which is still raw.
Macdonald is franchise fastfood companies and this kind
of situation should not happened as it will affect their reputation.
The main issue is not replacing a new burger for you,but
if in case you did not check that burger and your son
eat it finish, then there is possibility your son might
encounter diarrhea or food poisoning.
The manager should look into this matter carefully and be more
strict to their staffs there, make sure all the food served are
100% cooked and control their hygiene concern.

Unfortunately these things do happen. Fast food is fast food in a hurry. i think more care and attention should be placed on the finished product before it is presented to the public for consumption.

You should have reported it to the higher authorities or to their quality control division at least. This should not be tolerated since many children eat there. They know how kids are vulnerable to these kinds of bacteria and even adults.

That is first complaint heard from people who on McDonald. Well, some people just not paying attention on their jobs. Or maybe their cooking machine wasn't hot enough to make that burger pattie well enough. I am glad that you take the first action to report to the manager. They should do some adjustment to it.

That is so gross. Fortunately, I've never had that experience yet. It's good that you still had your cheeseburgers replaced and had you money's worth back. But then, such incidents doesn't usually fade and forgotten easily. It would be best to try another place to eat than go back to the same outlet you've had a bad experience with.

I think that incidents like this often occur at fast food restaurants because many different people can work in them, such as people who do not have enough brains to hold a better job... McD's constantly ruins orders...
