I'll go to Hong Kong with my friend this late March.
This is the first time we travel to Hong Kong and we have no experiences with this destination.
Would you like to give us some helpful advices for our trip?
Thank you.

I would absolutely go there but I don't have money right now. I'm looking for a part time job but not succeeded in finding one. Anyway I will definitely go there in the future. I hope you have a great time there. Good luck^-^

First stop is disney land, people are the most helpful and friendly there. Buy an octopus card for your fare on riding a bus or mtr. Its the cheapest and convenient by the way. And mtr stations is the most convenient way to go around hongkong. Visit ocean park and ngong ping 360. Try to search on the internet on the places also in hongkong because its hard to ask around because some people can't speak the universal language.

I have been to Hong Kong when I was 28 years old and on my way down to Western Australia. I stayed in a dorm at the youth hostel on the top of Mount Davis. The view from there was spectacular. I recommend taking a tram ride and going shopping. It would be great for you to go up Victoria Mountain. I think you might like to have a ride on a boat in the harbor. I hope that you and your friend will have a delightful time.

I assume you have a plane ticket already. So we go to your hotel. Try finding a hotel near the Tsim Tsa Tui area. That place is accessible to all the shopping and dining areas. There are some attractions that are near that area so that won't be a problem for you to go to. Attractions like the Avenue of the Stars, and the Symphony of Lights are in that area. You can take a city tour, Disneyland Tour and Ocean Park tour if you don't want any hassle. You can ask your local agency for that. If you want to explore on your own, Tsim Tsa Tui area is a nice place to start. Just study their MTR route carefully, you can go to any place you want in Hongkong. You can take the MTR to go to Disneyland. You can take the taxi or bus to Ocean Park. And if you have time, you can visit Macau. The ferry going to Macau is still situated with in the Tsim Tsa Tsui area. When you want to shop, go to the night market at Mongkok. You can reach it by bus if you want to experience their double decker bus or still you can take the MTR. Mongkok station is in the middle of it. Also, you shouldn't miss Victoria Peak for a spectacular 270 degree view of Hongkong. Upon arriving there, you should take the Peak Tram that will take you to the peak... At the peak there is a mall and there are lots of fine dining restaurants that suits the view while you eat. The wax museum is also at the peak and it is worth visiting also.
