What are the main reason why people resign from their work?

Difficult to accept a situation where you are is not easy. All times in trying to avoid mistakes that prevented us without us liable for them. I think most people resign because they don't find the work satisfying. That is the main reason I think. Sometimes the working environment also plays a huge role i guess.

If you consider practical reasons, you will take into consdieration first the salary. If the salary from the work is just small, not enough to live a decent living or support your family's needs and wants, most probably you will resign and look for a more high paying job. Secondly is your happiness with the job. If you aren't happy anymore with what you are doing, then it's time to resign. Because it's hard to work everyday and yet unhappy everyday in it.
