I usually have my morning coffee in the morning before taking a hot shower in a cold morning. My typical day start with that as I prepare for my day job and do my usual routines at work. On weekends. I stay up late and wake up late, get to my laptop with a coffee on one hand and begin mylotting or watching a movie or two.

I go to the bathroom, brush my teeth. And then I have a drink and turn on the tv (for news) and start the day!

The first thing I do after I wake up is drink a glass of water. Then I stretch a little bit and go take a shower. That is usually how i start my day..

Well, for me since I now work the Swing Shift I am not much of an eater when I first get up, and usually wait to eat something until right before I have to head off to work. My normal routine is to get up, and get dressed in what I am planning on wearing to work for the day, and then usually make phone calls if I need too, and then come down and check my Email, sometimes check things in Facebook and then usually post some here in myLot as well.

I always try to maintain joy every day as it keeps my day flow smoothly. Even when things turn out bad, joy disposition makes me easier to handle them. I do it by starting my day with meditation and Chikung. Meditation is vital for me to check my balance before I start my work. It enables me to stand back for a sec when bad things happen and control myself. To me, morning self discipline is important. It enables me to take things easy during the day as it resets my mind to get-ready-for-action before every thing starts. So, o sum up, my morning ritual is meditation, chikung, and Chai (Indian tea). I'm an Indonesian but I love Chai. It's delicious tea with milk and herbs like cardamom and cloves.

I start my day by taking a shower on the weekdays on the weekends going straight to my computer or ipod touch.
