for many years I suffered from headaches, bad ones for three days at a time...until someone told me to take a little bit of apple cider vinegar every morning...you can take it in water or with honey, I used to put just a little apple cider vinegar in a medicine glass with water and take it every morning and while I was on this I never had a headache but you have to take it every day..apple cider vinegar is a natural blood thinner.

Did your doctor ever give you anything for the headache or give you any advice on what can help it? I know personally I suffer from a lot of headaches myself and a lot of times they turn into migraines which are No fun for sure. Just over a week ago, I had one that lasted me almost a week that was so Bad that I was even crying from the pain. The doctor ended up giving me a few pills for the migraine which finally did help, and also giving me Blood pressure meds since my Blood pressure was elevated to see if that helps out as well.
Personally sounds like this is something you might want to explore more with someone a little more experienced in headaches. Wishing you the Best.

Have you seen an eye doctor? The reason for you headaches could probably be your eyes, you may need to wear eyeglasses. If that still doesn't solve I suggest you go back to your doctor. You probably need to undergo more tests to see what's causing your headache.

Here is a remedy that my aunt gave me when I would get those terrible headaches that do not go away for days.... Make or get some hot coffee no cream or sugar, take 2 iburfenon, and drink the coffee as fast as you can... The reason this works is the medicine will disslove into your blood stream faster.. Your blood is hot normally so it will not take as long for it to go through your system... plus the caffinee in the coffee will speed you blood up..
It sounds like you have somethings that are going on in your life that may have your emotions in an uproar, either positively or negatively... meditation yoga and other things like that take time for it to become effective... Dont rush through the meditation, yes it can help you, but it will take time and some patience on your part to get the ending result you desire.. So when you do mediate take at least 15 mintues aside... be in a quiet space.. and clear your mind... you may think this is crazy talk but it can be done.. How i started was imaged a white area surrounding me, all of my thoughts where behind this wall.. like a force field.. shielding myself from my rapid thought... after a while the wall was gone and I am able to see my rapid thoughts and let them go and allow myself to relax.. There is only one person stopping you from relaxing, this is you.. You have to over come your thoughts, meaning instead of allowing your thoughts to control you, you need to be in control of the thoughts... Like an on off switch.. Good Luck and Peace be with you

A headache may be due to many causes. It may be due to any refractive error that is the cause is ophthalmological. So you may need to consult with an ophthalmologist and that should be your first duty. It may be due to sinusitis and so if your ophthalmological check up does not reveal anything related your eyes, you should visit an E.N.T specialist. Headache may also be due to neurological or functional causes. So you may need to visit an neurologist or a psychiatrist if the above mentioned suggestions fail to cure you.

If the headache has been there more than a few weeks you should go back to the doctors as something is not right, however if you have been taking painkillers for the headache daily it could be them wearing off

Your doctor mentioned that your blood circulation is to slow aside from doing work-outs you can also do it in your diet like eating healthy, drinking plenty of water. Activities like breathing exercises, jogging, stress free hobbies. Or go to your doctor again and if you have done what he has advised you to do then tell him that your headache still occurs and maybe he'll give you more test to see the cause and make interventions to make you headache free..
the problem is either in your diet, head, or lifestyle my friend.
