I try to eat healthy, I would rather eat at home and make meal myself.
But ofcorse, I don't live life just in house. Sometimes I am eating outside the home. Then I would rather prefer to eat in bistro than fast food restaurants, but I love Mc'Donalds too :D lol
And yet I love crumble in bed eating cookies and other snacks :D

I like to eat at home, because I kind of find it annyoing when you go to a restaurant and there are some people who watch your every move and keep staring and I don't like someone staring at me already not to mention while I eat...
I also love mcdonalds, but I kind of get sick of it fast if I eat it too often, so I try to eat it only a few times in a year. But I still tend to buy already prepared foods which you only heat up for a few min and they're ready to eat. I know it's not healthy, but I can't just focus on only healthy food xD
and about snacks, I too tend to eat a lot while on laptop and in bed, bad habit I know, but I can't do much about it lol

i would love to be able to eat more healthy food but it is so very very expensive. We try to do good yet cost gets in the way. I do like to cook at home, that way i am in control of how much food i put out and what has gone into the meal. However i am not always at home and i am often ourt and about and so i do eat while on the go, i often call at fast food places, as much as i shouldn't as it is not healthy it really does taste so damn delicious. My house though also has many many treats, of which i should eat in moderation, yet once i start eating them i find it hard to stop.

The healthy food here in my country is a lot more expensive than the junk food, food we get at fastfood restaurants. I save a lot more money by buying junk food even though it is not good for me as it is by far a lot more cheaper than healthy food. I wish that we could have our healthy food cheaper, it may not taste as good but atleast i would be able to look after my health better this way.

I don't know how to cook for myself so I will prefer to eat outside if I'm left alone at home. But this is a rare occasion because I guess I'm the only one left in the family who doesn't know how to cook. I think it's not bad because we need to treat ourselves sometimes.

It is very easy when you are out and doing errands and really busy to decide to eat out. I have done that twice this week. I really should not, as we have chosen buffets. It is too easy to over eat or choose the wrong foods. Most of the time I feel like the food we cook at home is healthier and tastier than food at a restaurant. I know for sure that it is less expensive.

I try to eat and live healthy but that doesn't mean I can't treat myself once in awhile. I like to eat a few cookies or other snacks once in awhile and that is still healthy because it's all in moderation. If I know I am going to have a few cookies I will cut back a little on all my portions through out the day so I am allowing myself those extra calories. If that's possible, sometimes I don't plan that I am going to have those cookies so my good intentions don't always work. heehee
I do make most of my meals including the ones I am going to eat while away from home. I try to eat something at least every three hours like we are told to do but it doesn't always work out that way, but most days it does. I will have my breakfast and then take half a peanut butter sandwhich for lunch and some fruit for snacking inbetween.

sexy like your name I too want to be sexy for a very long time so I eat very healthy. I occasionally eat out but very rare will I eat McD's or any type like that.
I exercise 5 days a week and watch what I eat so I can eat 3 - 4 times a day and still be nice and lean. I sometimes eat cookies but never in bed as I do not do well with crumbs when I sleep!

I the whole family is eating outside everyday.
It is really pity to us because we don't have the time to cook at home.
By eating outside, it is expensive and unhealthy.
I can have much nutrition and more foods if I cook at home with the same cost I pay for dinning outside.
Anyhow, I shall liaison to my wife to arrange our time as we can to cook for the whole family at home.

I don't eat that much at home, about half of my meals here. I normally make myself a peanut butter and jelly sandwich at home in the morning to eat or I eat a big muffin with Naked Juice. I am not allowed to use the stove or oven I think where I live because the landlord thinks her tenants make too big of a mess there. We can only use the microwave even though I see her using the stove. She said no one cleaned up. I think this is crazy and will be hard to do over the summer. Maybe I'll go onto campus to cook or something. I don't know I might just get lazy and microwave. I eat dinners on campus. I am on the board program there and so I eat with my House. The dinners are waited and generally not that good, but I try to make it a point of eating the vegetables. I know I don't eat enough fruits and vegetables. I just finished eating my clementines and mangoes and need more fruit now. Grocery shopping time. I eat out maybe several times a month at places like Chipotle. I always overeat when I eat there. The food is so good. Or In and Out.

I usually eat at home then I can make vegan meals that suit me. If I eat out I have to be careful that people have made the food with only vegan ingredients. I like to eat a packed lunch that I have made myself. I almost never eat out at any kind of restaurant. Very rarely I go to a vegan cafe in Bristol. I like to eat healthy foods and have lots of salad.

For me, eating outside the home happens but seldom. I prefer to eat at home at it is usually healthier and always a lot cheaper. I mean what is the sense in collecting money on the internet and then spend it on an unhealthy meal you didn't even like that much in 15 minutes? Of course there are times when circumstaces leave you no chance or you just want to once in a while. If that happens I don't beat myself up over it, as long as it''s seldom enough.

Home cooking is always the best food to eat but occasionally I do go out to dinner, I look at that as a treat. I don't live my life in my house either but healthy eating begins at home. Eating out all the time is really not healthy but it's good to treat yourself once in awhile.

It's a 50-50 for me. I sometimes eat at home, sometimes outside. I love fried chicken so that's what i eat the most lol. I know it's bad for health and am trying to cut the amount. Anyway I love home made food too, especially the ones my mom makes.

I prefer to eating at home.because, first I like to eat my mother's hot dishes, she know my taste,so she'll cater to my taste.Secong, eating at home is very healthy,at least,my mother will never make junk food for me to eat. Finally,I think eating outside is more expensive than eating at home.
Good luck,have a nice day~~~
