Many of you think , I am against internet earning but actually I M NOT...My professional is business where we equation like this :
Revenue- expense = profit / loss
As, I am having 2 to 3 days holiday , I am totally at home chilling out. Therefore through some question to internet users.. This time my question is
What you earn from net is your revenue but not profit as you do not record expense such as electricity , opppertunity costs and by chance coffee ( while getting bore )..
So now what stand out is your profit... Are you satisfied ???
I am asking this question because as I want to spent some quality time while read to some good views from true mylotter , I was amazed that many other do not even care for good discussion rather they want to make some pennies ...Isnt this another oppurtunity cost ????

I started my online earning as a hobby to fill in time. Eventually I will be disabled from Rheumatoid Arthritis. It will take time to build up a nice library of articles that make enough money to support me. I don't count on disability to afford me.
Although we had a loss this year (2010).. I bought a new computer and all. My earnings keep going up. As with most new and small businesses.. I plan for my loss to keep shrinking. In about three or four years I should be a pure profit.
The best part is I never put money out for investment. My only costs are my computer and space I would be taking up anyhow at home.
Although working online started as a hobby, it is more of a second job. I don't earn pennies per article either. I have one how to article that has so far earned $600 in one year.

Hi
It all depends upon the myLotter. If he is here for earning some quick cents, I think he will keep his discussion short, because he has got many more posts to complete. But if he is here for genuine interaction, then he will surely post a detailed response. As for the economics of myLotting, if you are here only for sake of money, I don't think you will really make a profit here - think of the internet cost, the electricity cost, they all add up in the expenses column.

What is the cost? Mostly time I would think. Depending on what you do of course, but with the internet it's often things that consume a lot of time and bring relatively little money. Often you gain more than money though, posting on MyLot for example is a lot of fun, you have to count that in as well.
