Here is what we are advised to do when we have troubles while uploading photos: [i]- First, make sure the image you are attempting to upload is in a common format such as .gif or .jpg. - Next, make sure the filename is simple and short with no spaces or funny characters. - Next, make sure the file is less than 5mb. We do not allow images over 5mb. After you upload the file, we compress the file further to a max of 256k.
