Why do we have to have people being so problematic?

Why is it that many people want to try to create some form of chaos online? To have the internet is a godsend really. It is ideal for so many different things. So i ask, why is it that so many people want to create more problems? By this i mean, there are millions of users of the internet, and yet we have people who like to create different forms of viruses to cause us all problems, what do they gain from it apart from annoying us that have to deal with them when we get them? So much vital information can be lost because people enjoy creating and sending these viruses, obviously some people seem to enjoy causing problems.

I am not that great with computers, i just know the basics really. I also panic as it is hard to know what is and what isn't legitimate. The point is once you let a virus into your computer then it really can eat away at everything and causes so many many problems. I would try to sort it out, luckily i have a friend that will sort it out for me on the cheap if it is something that i cannot deal with. I would just rather not get any viruses at all, that way i can do what i need to on the internet without these problems coming my way, thankyou so much for your response.

These people are experts at finding loopholes in your Operating System, especially Windows based PCs then they inject malicious software such as virus, spyware, trojan horses, worms, etc. New computer threats are released everyday, to avoid this install a software that scans your computer for malicious programs and automatically keeps your computer up-to-date with the latest virus definitions and security update.

Hi MakeLifeEZ,
They certainly are experts, they are so very very clever to be able to find ways through everything. It is amazing how talented they are, a shame that they can't put the talent they have to a better use, instead they just like to create problems. I like to scan my computer daily, but as each day passes the people that create these viruses always seem to find a way to beat everything. Not really sure as to what is the best virus security at the moment. Thankyou so very much for your response to my topic.

I have asked myself this question a million times too. I don't know why there are people out there that have to ruin a good thing. Those viruses are really nasty devils..costs people a lot of money when they have to replace their computers..hmm...wonder if the computer industry has anything to do with it? They have the access..just a thought though..lol...I have thought there were conspiracies before too..lol...medicine...I have always thought that was a conspiracy.

I agree that the internet is a good thing, it is something that i could not really do without and it helps so many people. Yet, this is getting ruined by the idiots that just want to prove how "smart" they are by causing many people many problems with the viruses that they send. I would not put anything past the computer industry, They do cost us a hell of a lot of money, also we could lose a load of valuable things that we have on our computer, depending on how poerful the virus is. At the end of the day so many people want to make money and will do so no matter what the cost is, others want to just have fun and cause innocent people problems. A shame that the talent these people have is wasted on messing around with sending viruses. Thankyou so much for your response.

I tend to think that the majority of the reason that people tend to try to reck havoc on the computer is because of the fact that they don't have anything better to do with their time. The people that do this probably really don't have a conscious and that is the reason that they aim to hurt innocent people. This doesn't mean that we have to like it, but people are still going to cause problems wherever they can.

I agree that they have nothing better to do. These people may be very very smart, and lets face it they would have to be clever to break many security systems and be able to upload viruses, but this is the life they lead, they must be sad pathetic people who are just wasting their life stuck on a computer all day crteating and sending viruses just for the fun of it. It seems many people enjoy creating havoc in the computer world, a shame as this does spoil lots of things. Thankyou so much for your response.

well i dont understand anything about computers. all i know is how to turn it on, do my surveys etc and turn it off. i dont even know how write and send an email properly without someone going through it with me. so if any problems came up then i wouldnt have a clue and i would panic as i would be scared to touch anything and make it worse

Has nobody ever sat down with you and atleast taught you the basica of how to usde a computer? Have you not thought of taking a basic course at college or something in computers? Life is really scary with computers, especially when you don't know what your doing, i do not know that much about computers either but i am very very wary when asked if i want to update some form of software or something. We may think that something is legitimate and just an update of what we have however this instead could be a virus that could cause us so many many problems. Best to be really really careful, i really do like to check into things much more now as anything is possible and no security system is 100% safe. Thankyou so much for your comments.

People tend to have twisted ideas of amusement. I think that if they did not have computers, they would have other ways to process their disturbing ideas of fun. I think that they see all of the security programs out there and see it as a challenge to slip something past the defenses. They just sit back and laugh at people as havoc is caused.
I think really they do it not because they have any rhyme or reason. Just really because they want to prove that they can. And a lot of problems can really happen when they try and prove themselves. It is very troublesome to say the very least. Especially when you think you're safe and then find out that something has slipped by. Rare but its happened. Plus I have this own theory that some people create viruses and then they open companies to help fix computers, to rid them of these nasty things. At least some of them, but for the most part, its just people being wicked and spiteful.

I agree that some people get a kick out of this, by knowing that there are loads of types of differnt forms of security and they want to therefor show there intelligence by beating the security system and creating problems, both for people and companies. I agree that they see the systems and security as a challenge, then they can sit back and laugh at these systems that are so called protected as they aren't anymore. Your right that for most of the people they are just wicked and spiteful, i guess they are easily pleased, whereas if we are affected we are just annoyed, would be great if they got viruses that they would find difficult to get rid of, but they may enjoy that as they would just see it as a challenge. Thankyou so much for your response.

I don't really know why there are people who always want to create things or situations that will hurt or affect others. Yes, just like those virus created by computer geniuses. They want to try if their creation can be detected and cured by the anti-virus software that computer owners own. Why can't they create software that will help the others. I don't really know what's with these kinds of people.

They just seem to want to prove that anything is breakable, that something that is supposed to be secure isn't, and lets be honest, they do prove this. They are very very clever in what they do, they really do have a talent, but as you said, why don't they really put their talent to some good use rather than wanting to cause problems for many other people? Surely this would be a better solution, and they could be paid for it, rather than doing something illegal, getting caught and possibly facing fines and jailterm, depending on what they do. Thankyou so much for your response.
