Sleeping- I have to get 7 hrs sleep a day. That is necessary.

I also need 7 hours of sleep,otherwise I don't feel very well in the morning.I agree with you that it is necessary,and I'm sure who sleep 4-5 hours a day have health problems.

For me it is very difficult to do day to day activities if sleeping time get reduced.That is why now I'm sticking to this time.Now I feels good.

I get along quite handily on less than five hours sleep! It is nice to say, one requires this amount, or that amount, but I think it is a very indivudual thing! Sure I won't live as long as those that get 7 or 8..in years. But if you live 10 years longer than me, cumulatively, with the number of waking hours that I have, I have already lived those extra ten years...LOL!
We are friends, here on myLot, and I would like to suggest to you, that when you read the FAQ's and guidelines, you will earn very little money by making such short discussions..and they are very much like a poll. It states clearly you earn more money, if your discussions/responses are a minimum of 5 lines! Doctors say that it is essential to have at least eight hours of sleep everyday as this helps to bring the energy back to the body for it to stand for another day long or simply sleep acts as a battery to the body. So this is necessary that a person gets his eight hour of sleep accordingly.

I actually need a lot of sleep but hardly get enough. I get 5-6 hours of sleep on weekdays because of school. On weekends i get enough though, i sleep like log.
