How to sell goods to the world

I am a seller on China. Our company is stone manufacture. Our produce Fireplace ,Granite,Morble related products. We sell our products around the world. But I am new in this job. I have sent serveral emails to the buyer but getting no reply. I am losing heart... Do any one have good idea about how to sell couse you are from all over the world. Look forward to your reply.

People buy things because they have a problem that needs to be solved. You have to find a way to solve the customers problems. Listen to what your customer wants and needs and give it to them.

Good point. Maybe I should put myself on the customer's shoes. And listen to what they need and provide my service. Thanks for your attention:)
