is dressing up for work stressing u too?

mornings to work are so stressful for me :( every morning when i wake up, i just can't think of what to wear when going to work.. sigh! And i end up wearing just anything that i can grab & it would only make my day worse because I would not feel confident with what i am wearing. i wish i can just change this habit.

The company I work for is pretty lenient with our dress code. As long as people still look presentable, it's ok. The only time we're asked to dress up is during important client visits.
As for me though, I like it that I have the freedom to choose how I'd dress for work. I can wear jeans and a shirt or full on business attire if I wanted to. Sometimes it does get stressful when I get overwhelmed by choices or if I'm running late and rushing to get dressed. I found out that the trick to this is to give myself ample time to get ready so I don't feel too stressed getting dressed for work.

I am not really stressed when dressing up.I just follow my mood.sometimes I'm in the mood to wear a dress.sometimes I'm in the mood to wear pants and blouse.as long as I feel comfortable with what I am wearing,I am confident about it.

We have our uniform for the office, so i don't have to fret each morning for what i should wear.
But during Fridays and Saturdays when we are not in uniform, we usually dress up. But my get up consists mainly of jeans and tops and sometimes blazers. So , the night before , i would always prepare what i will be using for the office the next day.
That way, i am not stressed having to choose and rush every morning.

Actually that's the same with me too. We don't have uniforms and can wear whatever we want in school. I just can't think of what to wear so most of the time i'm always wearing the same clothes to school lol.

I am not yet working but I also have the hard time in choosing what to wear during an ordinary day out with my friends. What I actually do is prepare the clothes to wear ahead of time that I would not be cramming on the day it's gonna be used. We have this big mirror in the room that one could see the entire body upon fitting something. So, I tend to dress rehearse first if the combination of the clothes I'm going to wear blend with each other and if don't, I'll have to pick another one until it satisfies me.
