Which is the best food for my Cichlid Fishes..?

Hi, i have been breeding african cichlids too, but not malawi cichlids. They are tropheus, tanganyika's cichlids. I usually feed them with blood worms and pellets from local manufaturer. i feed them twice a day. The first feeding is at 7:30 am, i give pellets. And the second feeding is at about 12:30 pm, i give blood worms. That gives enough good health. If you have been feeding them with tetra bit, it is good for tetra periodically control their product quality. You could try tetra bit Breeder Red, that can enhance your fish' natural color.
