is youtube available in your country?

u r not the only one. usually some other countries do the same to censor those sites or videos which are not appropriate for general viewership. am sure those decent ones are not included... tell me, are you looking for XXX items?

youtube has not been blocked here in the US!!! I have noticed that when I include a youtube link in my post that members from other countries say they are blocked from seeing them. When I go to a link from a US member I can see them with no problem. However, if it comes from another country, many times I receive the "you are blocked from seeing this" notification. I don't know what the difference is from country to country!!!

Long time ago Youtube was available in my country. At that time I had my account and I also uploaded my personal videos there. It was a good way for me to share my videos with my friends. Unfortunately later Youtube was blocked in my country and I think the reason is quite ridiculous. I love China

I am in india,and i can access youtube.i am just wondering that why is youtube blocked in your area? Its the top and only video site,which is surfed all over the world with no blockage,according to me.

Greetings, youtube is not blocked here in Philippines. I wonder what is the reason of your government for blocking the said sites. Any information why? Maybe it is classified or blocked for national security i guess. : ) it's only in my mind I could be wrong

of course yes,YouTube is always available in my country,actually more of us here used this YouTube site to watch movies and listen to music and even to download music,and we thankful for that because we can access it here in my country.

I am in the US and it hasn't been blocked here. There are some videos that i'm not able to view as it says its blocked in my country but i think it may be something to do with vevo, Not real sure. I don't know of any other site like youtube. If they are going to block certain content to certain countries I think they should have a website for the different countries.

HEy buddy ,there is no way around this except for getting out of this stupid nation .I had enough of all of this crap the authorities are talking about ,it's embarrassing growing up in this country.

In our country, youtube is not totally banned or blocked. There are only a few mtv's that we cannot access due to some nasty pirating activities. This robbed us, the regular viewers, a chance to see a quality music video for free.

Normally for us in the US we are not blocked by majority of videos. I have however received links form Phillipine members for youtube viewing and at times it has been blocked. So a bit confusing and I personally do not understand why the blocking at all.

Yes... it is. I can't imagine it being censored here either. It is really a shame that it is in some countries!

So far there are no problems with youtube in my country,and I hope things will stay the same not only with youtube,but with all the other sites which encourage people to express themselves;it's sad for me to hear that there are so many countries in which there's so much censorship,I think every person on the planet should have the right to free speech and the right to be informed;unfortunately,there are many politicians and state authorities who don't think the same as me.

Youtube iss available in Bulgaria. I have friends in Swedish and Romania - there are available too. I dont know what problem you have for blocked but I know IP addres can be bloked to see choosen Video not and all site.

Yes I live in America probably the most dominant Country when it comes to youtube. After all I think youtube was started by guys living in America and a ton of the users live in America. So to answer your question yes I do have youtube in my country.

YouTube is available where I live, but I'm in the U.S. so not a whole lot is blocked, except for some copyrighted songs when they get blocked.

No site restriction for common sites like youtube in my country.

Yes I can watch almost all the clips in youtube.com in my country. Just a few clips, I can not see them, but they have very few. Last year, a couple of weeks (I think 2 weeks) we were not able to watch and use the clips to youtube.com. It was quickly finished. It was not written in for whatever License. License was written by and extended, and our country can once again use youtube.com.

Youtube is very much alive in our country. There are several viral hits in youtube from our country alone like the Cebu Dancing Inmates Thriller video. I watch a lot of videos in Youtube also.
