Today i woke up at 5:30 which is very early for me. Stayed in bed till 6am and then got up and tried to stretch. I decided to jog starting today to keep my blood flowing and to have an outdoor activity even just once a day. Lately i felt like i'm always in front of the pc and doing all sorts of earning online but money alone doesn't make me happy. So today I decided to breathe fresh air.
I walked for about 2 minutes and then started jogging for 15 minutes more. Since this if my first day to jog after so many years, i felt like i was losing my breath. I only jogged for a few minutes because i don't want to push myself too much. After jogging i stayed in the garden and watered my plants. When i felt that my body was cooling down and after having done all the watering, i had my breakfast with fresh papaya. I really felt good and healthy.
Now that i have started my day right, i hope that it would stay right till the end of the day and hope to start a good one again tomorrow.
Have a happy Monday my fellow mylotters!

Hi toni
You know what... right now I am feeling jealous I always want toget a great start to my day something like yours today but all the time I get up by 9:00 am (it was 10:00 am some days back but thanks to poor power and internet connectivity) and it is quite late even for a morning walk
Never mind, your discussion gives me a chance to rethink and maybe soon I would re-plan out the things to get me my share of health and fitness...
But that was a great start indeed and I wish you good luck so that you can follow this healthy routine for many more days to come

Thank you! One thing that i have to thank my smartphone for is that it adjusted my waking up time. I used to wake up at 9 like you and even 8am used to be too early for me. But when i started meeting friends through my smartphone, i had to wake up early to talk to them because of our time zone difference. It has adjusted my body clock so now i am so used to it.
And from tomorrow my classes will start from 7am so i guess i will really have to wake up early each day!

Wow that is a great start. I remember when I first started back up exercising I felt like I was going to die. I am so glad I stuck it out because it is quite easy and very therapeutic.
I do hope you have a Good Monday, it is still Sunday evening over here, lol.. Sometimes I forget we all have such a big time frame difference.
Have a wonderful day and keep up with the exercising.

So, a nice day is ahead. But one point that i must say here is that eating papaya or any fruit in empty stomach should be avoided, as we are in India take fruits after some solid food.It is said that (in India) if we consume fruits in empty stomach it will rather harmful than good.
