england win a tight encounter

the match between england and outh africa was really a close match and in the end england won it by 6 runs margin.south africans choked again as they were bundled out for just 165 in reply of a target of 172 posted by england .

Hi, Yesterday between India and Ireland and today SA vs England also went low scoring ones. Today, just to say the target of modest 172 was nothing in comparison to the big scoring matches. But luck factor does not seem to be going their way and they could not come very near to the target total either.

i think more than their luch africans made the grip pf the match loose themselves and they choked from the stage of 124/3 they played bad cricket and hence lost match

It was a fantastic win for England. Had they lost the match, then their quarterfinal aspirations would have really been in doubt. But with this win they have ensured that they remain in the running for the quarterfinal spot. On the other hand it was a tryst with reality for South Africa. The chokers tag is again beginning to be applied on them and they were really poor in that chase. Cheers! Ram

Ya definitely.it was close match and that much nail-bitting too.When England scored just 171 runs, I myself thought Endland is gonna loose that match but the way they came back in the match astonished me.They played a good game against the Proteas.England really bowled well especially Swann and Anderson.
