I think I am the only one under the 100 post mark. Most people out there have wrote over 250 plus posts on myLot. Can anyone tell me how they all wrote so many discussions and I am finding it hard to start discussions. But it is easy to comment on other discussion. Is the number on the bracket indicates the discussions or the comments?
By what rate were you earning for commenting? Please give some reply

I would advise you to stop and read the Guidelines and FAQs.
That number is not a post count.
We do not earn for 'posting'.
There is not rate for anything.
MyLot is a discussion site and that ius what we ern for here - DISCUSSING.
You star a topic and others respond and YOU comment on the responses and that is how YOU earn.

It might take you days, weeks or months to write 1000 posts but it is not important. MyLot pays for quality NOT quantity.

It has taken almost 4 years to gain my number s I didn't really go fast. Of course if you add all the comments that are not included there well, that does make a lot of typing

Personally it has taken me awhile to get where I am here, and it no way happened over night. I have had to work at this in my spare time, and post when I can. I actually respond back to way more discussions than I ever start as most of us do here. I just find discussions I can relate with, and people I can get along with and respond back to their discussions if I am so inclined and hope for the Best from there.

Sorry I cannot help either. Not sure how some do it. I think they come up with ideas maybe on word and write them down and copy and paste to mylot or something. Or some have more time, shut in's disabled, homemakers, and the like. They have more time.

Friend,
the number in the brackets indicates only the experience in Mylot. The number of your posts increases,by one, when you make a response to any other discussions and when your discussion gets first two responses. The rate of paying of Mylot is not fixed its depends on the quality of your post. Try to make quality long posts and so you can earn fast here.
Dont count the number of posts in the brackets.
Mylot pays you for everything that you type here, not based on the number of posts. And commenting on the responses wont contribute anything to the number of posts but to your earnings.
Good Luck friend. Happy posting. Keep posting.

I have been here for 4 years but I only have this number - 75 inside the bracket. But for those 4 years, I was never active. It's only this 2011 that I realize how I miss Mylot, actually I only visit Mylot maybe once a week because of hectic schedule. If maybe I post once a day or comment in a discussion in a day, I would have been gaining a lot.
I really regret those times that I've lost which instead of posting here for a discussion, I spent my extra time on Facebook but I already made a daily schedule of the things I have to do and Mylot is a priority starting today.
Goodluck to us! :)

Myself, I could never write that many on one day let alone everyday... You earn depending on the quantity and uqality of posts and comments. your interactions with the site are the key feature and therefore cannot be paid a fixed price per post or comment.
I suggest you read rules n guildlines, see what others are discussing and comment on them first of all.. Get a feel for the quality that is needed. By then you may find you are insired to write a topic that maybe worth someone's comment. Others may see it and so on.
Soon you may find that people wish to follow you because you are worth following and comments are worth reading also.
I always try to say thanks to all who comment on my discussions and say a little more on what I think about their post as well as what I had put. This makes people more welcome to visit and maybe spark off another discussion for someone else.
Happy MyLotting xx

We all started at our first comment or discussion and as the days passed of commenting, exchanging views and starting discussions we will reach the 1000th post mark. I have never thought that I will reach this present mark, I just make sure that I login to mylot and comments on the discussion, I never seriously count how many, what I am after was to interact with the other members. I have been here for a year, sometimes I am active and sometimes not. All in all, I enjoyed my time here.

I don' know exactly what that number means, but is related to the number of posts we did, although it's not exact. but anyway, don't worry about it. Just write about anything you like or know. If starting discussions don't fits you, browse the forums and answer some others discussions and place comments. Those numbers grow gradually, and it always take quite some time to reach high marks. As you are new, it's expectable that it's low, but will grow as you participate more and more. Just keep on it.

Hello friend welcome to mylot, all of us here in mylot started from scratch or from zero post mark. If you have some ideas which is valued and quality post it gradually. The others if you read all the responses of this discussion you can see and learn how to earn and what is the point all about. So I suggested to you read first the FAQ and guidelines. I expecting your participation here in any discussion you like... see you around

The numbers i the brackets does not help you to earn more it just show how many discussion you have taken part in whenever you post in one discussion it increase by one apart from that it does not show any thing else
You are not the only one under 100 post mark for sure there are thousands of them in mylot in this topic too many have them are below 100 post
i usually do around 15 to 20 post per day but sometimes just 1 or 2 it all depends on my mood i post in discussion then also comments on them .whenever i start a discussion i reply to each one who has posted there and try to make my discussion longer by asking more help
forget about how much you earn per post just be active in mylot try to take part in discussion and your earning would be there automatically apart from mylot admin no one really knows how much we earn per post
it only because its a discussion site not QA site

Most of them have been for a while and they also invite friends and accept friends. It takes time. You cannot get that far in just one month. And it is often hard to start discussions (I am not counting silly discussions or when I go to the friend list and find five or six from the same person. It has been done, but it is not that nice. ) The next thing is to join as many interests that you will be sure to post on or will answer posts. I have no idea whether the numbers concern discussions or both posts and comments. All I know is at a certain point you can copy and paste (good if you want to write a lot on your coputer and upload it.) and you do not get paid unless you write.
Hope this helps.

I can't help you out here. I was told to make this site work the best thing is to post two of your own and respond to ten a day. I have never tried that, mainly because I can't come up with something interesting to talk about. Nor do I have the time on a daily basis to do that. Also, make you posts and responses longer than for lines. Oh, I am still under 10 discussions that I started myself. Not sure of how many responses, I am sure still under 50. Been a member for four years or more and never reach the payout. But that is on me, I haven't really tried.
