how to reinstate my alertpay account

my alertpay account appears to be locked due to failing security questions,i want to badly reinstate it and use it back.how can i get that back soon

why dont you try to contact those alert pay members go on to site ant check out contact us!!

Speaking from experience, CALL THEM and talk to a person. Submitting a support ticket takes forever...sometimes weeks....AND every time you write to them after submitting a support ticket, the ticket gets "moved down" and they don't "see" it. At least that's what I was told the last time I called them. Again, the fastest way to get your AP account operational again is to take the time to CALL them.

Either you can send a support ticket, or call them on phone. No need to worry, your account might be blocked because of security reason. Clarify your problem, they may ask you some more proof. If you have added your mobile phone number or any telephone number during account creation or verification process then use the same telephone or mobile phone for calling them. I think a support ticket is enough to unblock your account. Update here, other members would be benefited by this thread.
