Do you like chicken mcDonald's style? Or, are you more home grilled chicken?
What is best to serve alongside chicken?
I would like to know your best chicken ideas, anything to do with chickens appreciated.

Yes, I do love McDonald's chicken but I don't eat it frequently because of the oil it contains. I also love other chicken dishes like chicken grilled, chicken stew and chicken curry and our countrymen's favorite, the chicken adobo. It is chicken cuts cooked in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaves and peppercorns. You just have to combine all of the ingredients and boil till the chicken tenderized and the sauce thickens.

I love chicken. I'm proud to say that it is my favorite ever if all of my friends says it's a boring type of meat. They would rather pick lamb or things similar to that. I like McDonald style chicken. Who does not like it? A fried chicken never hurt anyone. My favorite though is Chicken Barbeque. I like the Asian style the best because it's the best of everything. It is spicy, sweet and salty. I like it served with rice or fries.

Hi
I like to cook chicken in a typical spicy Indian way, especially chicken curry and chicken Kadhai. Here are my recipes for Chicken Kadhai and Chicken curry.
1. Chicken Curry
Ingredients:
8 medium sized pieces (about 800 grams) of chicken
1 coconut(s) grated
4 onions chopped
1 teaspoon(s) red chilli powder
½ teaspoon(s) turmeric powder
2 teaspoon(s) hot spice mix (garam masala) powder
8 green chillies chopped
2 tablespoon(s) each of ginger and garlic pastes
2 tablespoon(s) oil
salt to taste
finely chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Method of preparation:
1.Grind half of the green chillies to a paste and mix it well with the ginger and garlic pastes. Make cuts on the chicken pieces, rub this mixture on to them well and marinate for about an hour at least.
2.Roast coconut shavings in a little hot oil till light brown. Cool and grind along with half the onions to a paste.
3.Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan and saute the onions on medium level for about 2 minutes or till they are light brown in color.
4.Add the remaining chopped green chillies, spice powders and fry for a few seconds. Add the marinated chicken pieces and fry on medium level for about 3 minutes or till they are lightly browned.
5.Add the paste, salt and mix well. Add water according to the desired level of consistency and bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low level for about 25 minute(s) or till the chicken pieces are tender and fully cooked.
6.Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
2. Chicken Kadhai
Ingredients:
Whole Chicken (boneless) 1 Kg
Chopped Onions (medium size) 3-4
Chopped Tomatoes (medium size) 6-7
Ginger Paste 2 tsp.
Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Chopped Green Chilli 3
Black peppercorns 6
Whole dry Red Chilli 6
Coriander Powder 2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1-1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil as required
Fresh Coriander leaves, chopped 2 tsp
Method of Preparation:
1. Thoroughly clean the chicken and cut into pieces.
2. Heat oil in a heavy-bottom pan (kadhai). Add chopped onions and green chilli and fry until light golden brown in color.
3. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, ground black peppercorns and salt. Mix well.
4. Add tomatoes, ginger, dry red chilli, garlic paste and cook until the tomatoes become tender.
5. Add little water and bring it to boil.
6. When the gravy becomes slightly thick, add chicken pieces and coriander leaves and mix well.
7. Reduce the heat. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes (or until fully cooked).

Hello there! I love fried chicken, for me, this is the best way to cook chicken. The living testimonies of Mcdonald's, KFC etc is a sure proof that fried chicken indeed captures not just the heart of children but the young at heart as well. Grilled chicken is good as well for its done, plain, simple and healthier than making it fried plus the fact that sometimes, our palate really search for other cooking alternatives for it. Have a nice day ahead!
