Good emotional control, an important factor, determining the success of life a person. These words, always spoken by my father, when I can not control emotions.

When emotions and anger peaked, then all the vices that exist in us, will be difficult to control, and shame sometimes will disappear, replaced by all the vices, in order to vent their anger on objects, animals, people, etc. around it. It all will make things worse. problem increases, the chaotic job.

There is some reason in what you said.A success certainly has strong self-restraint power which is a important psychological diathesis. In fact at the moment when one loses self-control in the emotional respect he is prone to do some silly thing that makes him be overcome with regret afterwards. If He kept calm and composed at that time ,the matter would pass quickly. However easier said than done.As for me when I am in bad temper I usually play the musical instrument.

Yes, it is important, but not always easy. Like everything in life, I think it's something that can be learnt. There is, however, an inherent danger. If you are so totally in control of your emotions that you show NO emotion at all, you can become sick! Or totally disconnected from people. The key here is balance. The way in which you show your emotions determines a lot.

Just a word or two...
Good emotional control, is not only an important factor but one of the most crucial elements to succeed in life.
Apparently, the best method that I've been using so far is to try and put your mind away from the main point. Angry or sad ambience, think of something happy, get the most part of your mind out of the ambience.
