Alertpay affiliate programs- Any one got money?

Alertpay, which is the largest payment processor is having affiliate programs for its clients to earn money. The affiliate program states that, 1. Any one who joins under our referral link will be our direct referral. 2. If any one of our referral transact at least $2, then we will be credited $5. Any one got payment like this method?

Got like 6 referrals but no $$$ yet so far

I got 15 referrals who joined under my link, and as to this date I haven't got my $10 after the 10th referral. From what I know referrals must still have to transact $250 receiving and sending transactions.

Yeah I know this affiliate opportunity on Alertpay, but noone registered under me, so I did not made any profits on Alertpay from affiliates / referrals! Too bad, this really is a cool opportuniy to make a little extra money, but since most people have an Alertpay account as they start any online business it is really hard to find one who doesn't have an Alertpay account!
