Why can't I view all sites shortened by adf.ly?

I cannot view sites shortened by adf.ly. Whenever I click the link or copy it to the address bar, it redirect to adf.ly website. Why is that? Do i need to sign up with that or whatever? How about you guys? Can you view the sites? I'm very irritated.
