I just sit back and reflect. Try and focus on the most positive things that I can think about. Positivity can really be a great thing, a powerful little element in life. There are a lot of times where life gets you down. That is really the nature of life and it is to be expected sometimes. Obviously, life is going to get us down a lot more some days than others.
Still sometimes we need some time to think about what is going right. Depression is on various levels, and we are depressed by a lot of what goes on, both in the world and in our lives. Therefore, we are going to find it rather difficult to get through a lot of things in life. Still positivity is going to be something that can get us through a lot of depressing times.

Take a deep breath and try to relax.
Watch comedy movies and avoid depressing or sad songs that reminds you of unhappy moments.
Go for a walk in the park where you can see happy people and children playing and i am sure you will be relaxed.

I understand. I am also depressed. I try to relax if possible. Don't listen to sad songs makes it worse. Take care.
