What would you do if it's obvious to everyone in your workplace that your BOSS has a selected "FAVORITES?" What would do if one of his favorites is not doing the job well and most of the time this employees workload will be added to yours??

Hello there1 It would really be bad! Bosses should not have favorites. and if he has, he should not let it be obvious. This really demotivates other employees for them not to give their best in their work. However, adding workload to you does not mean you are not a favorite. It might be that your boss trust you with the work he gives you. and he might be satisfied with your work than the others that is why he gives the work to you.

Hello frenchfriesmama1 and welcome to myLot to you! Has to be totally unfair that employers select favorites over loyalty and good employees. That has to be awful for the good faithful employees to deal with, and I suppose there really is nothing you can do since it is the employer doing it. Perhaps re-thinking and reconsidering a new job might be in order. Best of luck.
