Yesterday is International women' day ,how about it

Yesterday is international Women'day , I am a girl ,yes pretty woman. In my factory , we have a meeting ,then give every woman in our factory keepsake and then to be on holiday ---half a day.
Most of male colleague say it's unfair,they say why not have a man day? how do you think about it ?
