Priorities!!!!!!! Pot or rent/food?

I'm getting a little pissed off, lol. My partner, whom I love very much, doesn't seem to have his priorities straight! I pay for rent/food/bills etc. but all his money goes towards pot!!! I also do about 90% of the housework!!!!! We got in a fight today because i approached him about it and tried to make him understand that its not ok and i want it to change. He thinks that throwing in $20-$30 a month for food is enough and has not paid any rent for 3!!! I don't want to end the relationship, but I would like some advice. What can I do? What would you do?
