Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it gives energy for the whole day. When I was younger I do not eat breakfast, better sleep longer. But now I eat breakfast every morning, it helps to keep my height and gives energy until dinner. Energy to live day, to smile and to write to you
As soon go to breakfast, eat today - cocoa flakes with yogurt. And I have a new Cosmo (not to eat it, but will read )
Have a nice day

I don't always get to eat breakfast everyday. Sometimes i find it difficult to sleep and so in the morning i get up later than expected, i am then having to rush around to get my son fed and clothed and myself ready for work then i have to take my son to nursery. This means that i skip breakfast. It only happens once or twice a week, sometimes when i don't have my son at weekend and i have been out the night before, i tend to wake up in the afternoon as i got back so late the previous day, so i again miss breakast and just eat my lunch. Normally i have either cornflakes, weetabix or ready brek for my breakfast, they are all really quick and easy to prepare. Sometimes i just grab something from a shop so i get some food in me and have that little bit more energy for a day of work.

We are always taught that breakfast is the most important meal o the day. I always make sure that my son gets his breakfast everyday, i do try to sit with him and eat also so that i set a good example to him.

nope, not for me. I mean when I was still in elementary and high school I was eating it every day, obviously since I had it in school, but now I just rather sleep longer and skip it, plus, I'm not really feeling hungry at the morning or am used to eating so early, so I just don't do it. I know it's not healthy, but I just eat a bit more throughout the day then to kind of compensate for this energy you get from eating breakfast.

well, you're right, but on the other hand it's not healthy either, but I can't do it if I'm not used to it xD

I wanted to eat breakfast every morning but sadly every time I try to my stomach says "no". I don't also understand why but maybe I'm not just used to it. I guess this is the common reason why I get sick at times. What I just do now is to have a cereal drink so as not to make my stomach empty every time I go to work.

It doesn't matter if you can only have very light breakfast, just make sure you have it. You can break your breakfast in some parts during morning times, like me. That's what I've learned from nutrient experts.

Yes, you're right.. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.. You should not skip it.
Before I used to eat breakfast everyday.. But now, I usually skip my breakfast because I woke up so late and sometimes I feel I'm so full. But I will try hard to eat my breakfast in the right time...

You're right, we should never skip breakfast, unlike lunch or dinner. Some doctors say that breakfast is the first food for our body, our brain in particular. The nutrients run in the blood to the brain. Besides if we don't have regular meal time, we can suffer from digestion problems. I like to have light breakfast then three small light meals from that to 11 am to keep me from lethargy. My breakfast usually consists of bread and its accompaniment and coffee or rice and its accompaniment and tea. Then around two hours after I'd have fruit or light biscuits. Yes, you should try hard or your brain performance lowers.

I used to eat breakfast regularly - I never skipped brekky because I just wouldn't have the energy and staying power at work if I didn't. But these past few months, I've been skipping this important meal. At times, I leave the house without as much as a drink of water. I know that's not healthy, and so not good for me, but when it's time to get up from bed - a few minutes of precious sleep is what i choose over having time to have even a quick breakfast.
Hopefully this changes soon!

I try to eat breakfast every day, but there are times when I just can't. I may be woke up late one morning, and then I am so busy trying to get out the door that I do not make the effort to get something to eat. When I do eat breakfast, I usually have a better day. Like today. Have a good day!

For me, breakfast is very important.
It makes me feel energetic and ready to face with confidence anything that will come my way. In the morning before i go to work, i see to it that i have enough time to eat my breakfast. I don't want it hurried though, lest it gives me an upset stomach.

Yes i eat breakfast everyday, almost. I sometimes wake up late so I have no time to eat breakfast coz i have to rush. I do eat during off time in school though so i think it's Ok. That's nice you eat breakfasts everyday. A really good habit. I wouldn't want to skip breakfast too but somedays I'm just compelled to.

I do eat breakfast every day. Eating breakfast keeps me from snacking so much from there on. Breakfast gives me the energy I need and also makes me feel satisfied.
Another good aspect of eating breakfast is that it stabilizes my blood sugar levels and my mood level remains stable. I do not have that irritable feeling and am able to concentrate better. The best items I include for breakfast include, proten, such as eggs, oatmeal for fiber and some type of juice for vitamin c. Of course whole grains provide B vitamins and fiber, making you feel fuller.
I of course modify my breakfast, substituting candian bacon for eggs, whole wheat bagels or muffins for with jam for the cereai, and other types of juice or fruit instead of the orange juice.
I have found that breakfast really is the most important meal of the day!

Breakfast is very important and should be full of nutrition. And those who often omit breakfast are easy to develop stomach diseases. There are also some people don't take serious of breakfast, they are wrong either.Maybe you feel a little time pressed in the morning. But just remember, breakfast is very important for your health.
Young people may not affected by the bad results of omitting breakfast. But when you are aging, you will realize how important to having a good health. To keep health one important part is to have good breakfast every day. If you feel too busy to have breakfast, then why not go to bed half an hour earlier? Then you can get up half an hour earlier, that is enough to prepare breakfast and have it, or you can go out to have breakfast.

I also didn't eat breakfast when I was younger. I think it led to some pretty bad eating habits. Now I eat breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast keeps my mine more active before lunch. I also think it helps maintain my weight. When you skip breakfast you sometimes want to make up for it by snacking. That led to overeating for me. You can burn more calories off during the day. When you eat later it is harder to burn the calories. Plus I read that eating a normal three meals a day keeps your metabolism going.

Yes, I really am a breakfast eater everyday. My mother taught me that its very important to eat breakfast because it serves as a fuel for me to start my whole day. One more thing is that, for so many hours, i am not having any food in my syste that's why its essential that I should nourish my body first before doing all my usual day to day activities.
My usual breakfast is fried rice with fish, egg, or ham plus a cup of hot coffee, sometimes, I also ate pan de sal ( Filipinos' favorite breakfast bread) with cheese, eggs, mayonnaise etc. I really love eating my breakfast and I intend to keep this forever, good morning!

I try as often as possible to have breakfast everyday since my workload is in the morning and I often find myself eating more than necessary for lunch whenever I skip brekkie. I insist that the kids never leave for school without having at least a toast and a glass of milk because food fuels the brain. Breakfast is always good for jump-starting your day, it wakes you up and gives you the energy that you need.

HI sexy,
I do eat breakfast daily. I used to skip them when I was younger for I usually have no appetite especially in the early morning hours. Even now, especially when I binged on the night before, I always wake up still full and breakfast takes second priority. I make it a point though to take even a very small amount of bread or a spoonful of rice or two and a cup of coffee to simulate breakfast.
I know, I should starve on the previous night to have a feast in the morning, but I cannot help it especially if the dinner table is full of good food from the day's work. I may revamp my eating habit for your first sentence someday.

I don't eat breakfast regularly. I only eat when I'm in the mood or I'm facing a great deal of work and activities through the day. I sometimes do brunch because it saves on the cleaning and the resources. The brunch also allows me to monitor and pool food and see what I can do or salvage for dinner. I'm living with two other people and they are not also breakfast lovers. I guess it did rub it on me.
