Congrats. Maybe you should avoid to be much in front of the computer. Drink plenty of water and have some rest. Close your eyes and relax. I am not sure if biogesic harmful to the baby. I always had Biogesic with me. It's very effective it terms of headache, migraine, etc. Maybe try other things to be spend to besides the computer. Sewing, knitting, crochet,,,I am not sure what you like to do. Congratulation to you and take care always.

This will sound silly, but buy some black licorice if it's available where you live, and eat a few sticks of it. That should help a bit. Also, try using a warm heating compress to the area that's aching. It will help alleviate the pain a bit. If it gets worse, simply remove it.
Do you get outside often? If not, and the air is relatively clean (without foul odors) outdoors where you live, step outside for a few minutes. breathe in some fresh air. go back inside, dim the lights/darken the room, and try to sleep if you can. Completely clear your mind of stressful thoughts.
I hope this will be able to help you.
Congratulations and good luck with your baby in tow :)

I cannot recommend any medicine for your headache because you are pregnant. Pain relievers aren't safe so better take some rest. Sleep and never strain yourself until that headaches gone. Being in front of the PC can trigger headache or migraine so avoid that. Take care.

Hi. biach17. Being that you are pregnant, it would be best for you to contact your OBGYN or personal medical doctor aboutr this. I want to say Tylenol, but I am not so sure if this is safe for you to take as your are pregnant. I hope that you can get some relief from your headache. In the mean time, a cold compress my relieve some of the pain. Try resting on a soft pillow. Eliminate any noise that is outstanding too. Take care.

Hi,
Congratulation to you, you are going to be a mother soon.
How many months are you in now?
It is not advisable to anyhow eat medicine when you
are pregnant. The best advice is to seek medication advice from
your gynae.
Your gynae may prescribe you with the best medicine which suitable
for pregnant woman and it may not bring harm to your baby.
Have a good rest and drink plenty of fluid during your pregnancy.
Takecare.

Many factors may lead to headache thus there is no remedy for all headache.First of all you must make sure of the reason that makes you have a headache then suit the remedy to the case.Of course all depend on the doctor's diagnosis. You are sure not to take medicine on your own .

When ever I have a headache, I just take a nap. After I wake up the headache's totally gone. I don't know any medicines since you're pregnant. Maybe you should drink lots of water.

I'm a nurse and The best thing you should do is to visit your doctor or obstetrician and ask for medicines than can be taken to relieve headaches while you are pregnant. This is good and safest way for your health and for your baby..
