i always experience migraine especially when it is hot outside, i felt like my head is going to burst in pain. I remember when we visited a doctor when i was a kid and he said that i should avoid caffeine substances and hot weather. but the cause is unknown.

Most early moring migraines can result from restlessness or hunger or low blood sugar. Thus, if your morning migraine stops after you eat, then one of the above is culprit.
Eye strain, high blood pressure from stress are also known to cause migraine. There is also an eye condition known as aniseikonia that can result in severe migraine. The above are just examples of causes of migraine. In any case, except for case aniseikonia where surgery may be needed, a well-balanced diet and some relaxation will help in these cases.

I am a long time sufferer of migraines and headaches since I was eight years old. All tests reveal nothing to date and it is so draining.
My understanding is the capillaries in our head have branches which easily tear and from the pressure and causes the pain. They quite easily repair for some with pain medication and while with others like me it is a continuous situation.

Migraine is normal to me because I always suffer from it most often. Because of that I learned to know what triggers it to appear or the cause so that I know how will I treat it.
Migraine cannot be cured, but the pain can be minimized and to do it is know what causes it.
Migraine is a kind of brain epilepsy, meaning it lacks oxygen in the brain. Therefore, there is a dehydration.
What causes migraine is hot temperature like what you have experienced. What you need is water, hence you have to hydrate yourself and take a rest.
Other causes are food triggered, too much caffeine, hormonal imbalance or menstrual period to girls, over fatigue and stress.
Bright lights can strain the eyes, same with radiation and will lead to migraine. If you know what triggers it, then avoid it or do something about it like drink water, balanced diet, avoid sweets, too much caffeine, rest and stay away in front of the computer and others.

No one seems to really know the cause of migranies. I have had them every since I can rememeber and the doctors could never figure out what causes them. Most people who suffer from them have triggers that will bring the migraine on but why some people have them and others dont is something that no one will really ever understand

Some people have triggers such as chocolate, heat. Sometimes more of a caffeine withdrawl will give you a migraine. Take care.
