Not cool. 
That is being irresponsible. Aside from drunk driving, texting or answering calls while driving are top causes of accidents on the road. Why risk your life and those around you for something that you can do later?

Really not nice to see any driver texting while driving-its dangerous both for him and forr everyone else on the road...But seeing a policeman texting while driving is really awful.What example does that give to other drivers???
