Watching T.V. is a workout on my remote controller...

Is it me or is it anyone else out there that feels like T.V. is so full of garbage that they have even polluted the commercials as well, and now you feel like you have to turn before the kids can see ungodly things...smh. Wish we had wholesome shows to watch besides the handful we have now. UGH =/

I think I am not affected with what a particular channel is doing on their programming because if I don't like the show, I just simply switch it to a different channel. Anyways, with our cable tv system, I still have 99+ channels to choose from.
