Hey king parker, Haha yeah I had one of those error pages not to long ago I am on my iPad and i just hit back and it's right back to the page usually other then that I don't have a problem. Expect when the submit post button disappears that's when i have copy and pet my post and then I will just be happy

py, Glad to have put a smile on your face. I'm so use to seeing jokes flying around in another forum. Life's short and I like to be lighthearted. Wait till I reach 200 posts old and start flying the emoticons! Lol

I agree copy and paste is great. I had type up some information and wanted to post it as a response to a Mylot discussion and found out I could do it as a spam protection. I didn't have enough posts. I was so happy when when I reached that point. Makes things easier sometimes. Now I'm just waiting for the action figures that what I call them.

Hey sswallace, Wow i see you a lot I post like three discussions today and I have seen you on everyone one. You keep being active like that you will reach 500 in no time and pretty sure layout as well haha. sometimes we get a 404 error page and so that can mess up our posting flow but believe me once you hit 500 it will feel like your limits are coming off just don't abuse it and copy and paste information that's not yours. Even if it is yours don't repeat yourself too much . You can get banned fast without any warning doing that .

I am so excited to reach level 500 so that I can already copy and paste

I really find it very useful especially if we want to compose a discussion or response offline and just copy and paste our compositions once we get online

Hello again payout, I know how it is important : I have the same problem 2 or 3 times every day, and I reached the top today, with a bad router upgrade from my ISP. The connection was cut every 10 mn during 4 or 5 hours, and I would have lost quite all my posts without copy and paste. I enjoy also this feature on my phone for the same reason. I pity the members who have not yet this feature available.

OH okay haha.. Got you lo. Yeah I think 500 post is good because your half way to 1000 some new users post a lot on here but its all base on time. I dont have that much time but I have enough to get on daily but yesterday was a winner for me haha.. had over $1 in earnings

yeah mines has done that i think only once or twice in long periods of time I try to buy a good router once so it can last for awhile lol. Believe me I feel pity for the people that can't copy and paste yet because it does come in handy when little unexpected problems come while we are on MyLot

The router belongs to my ISP : it is a special one, authorizing to share wi-fi with other customers of my ISP and FON users -- they have a limited bandwidth access --, so I cannot change. I noticed that I have more connections problems now than last year. I changed my ISP -- to be able to use a wi-fi shared connection with my phone when I am not at home : it gives me a free unlimited internet access and voip --, but I think that it is myLot which is a bit more slow, so it would be a good idea to authorize new members to cut and paste at a lower number than (500). Some members are only posting with their phone, and losing a post when you need a long time to type it is very frustrating.

Hey Sathishkumar, Weclome to mylot, You would be able to once you hit 500 post on mylot you will gain more access to the site as you keep on participating. when you get 100 you get a Rep which is mylotters [+] [-] of your post and 200 you woul be able to add faces to your post. called Mylot Code. Just keep on participating you will get to it soon.

Congratulations! This can not copy & paste rule really bothers me so much(actually, this is the third time I wrote this response for you!), but mylot has its reason and I think it's appropriate. For now, if I can use the mylot code, I would be very happy!

Hey Seanless, You area premature Mylotter and you will gain more access and fun into the site over time. once you hit 100 post you will have a Star an Rep. Shows that mylotters think of your post and etc. once you hit 200 you would be able to post [em] Mylot Code extra funk to the Comments and the responses and discussions. :)

Yes, Ctrl A + C is what I do everytime before I post a discussion or response. Who knows when the page won't go through and go show me Internet error or something, I hate when that happens and I have to re-type again.

Hey Merdmaid ivy, I dont do it every time but I do it now and then when I am on my ipad and the browser act funny which is common on many browsers but it happens. So I copy and Paste. I also copy and paste when the post button disappears and you can't post without refreshing the pageso I copy and paste that time as well. I hate when the error happens too haha.. but I think that has something to do with mylot Server. on my ipad if I hit Back my text will come back and I will post it I think its because of safari. Browser.

I agree and find it helpful also. There have been a few disappointments where I type my novel response and swipe it is gone so anytime I notice a lag I immediately copy and ready to paste. Funny though when I do copy it goes through fine. Then some days when I do not copy and paste swipe it disappears.

Hey hardworkinggurl, Yeah MyLot it self has little momenta when we get an error page or my browser acts up or when my router has a moment which is rare but it happens haha..

that copy and paste comes in handy. I consider us lucky and hopefully some users will be able to I like copying and pasting when I am able to it's rare sometimes much better then seeing that pop up messaging saying you can't copy and paste lol

Yup mylot copy paste it a nice feature when i was below 500 post i used to have slow internet connection and many a times when i hit the post response nothing used to happens it was just used to disappear not even give an error then i used to copy all the stuff and paste it in a notepad then again use to type everything right from the beginning

also some time while posting i used to hit backspace on my keyboard which some times get stuck [problem in keyboard]and deletes everything and i was unable to undo it gosh...

but now when it happens i just copy it then easily paste it back and hit post and i am done now it rarely happens as i now have a broadband connection and the site load with no problems

Hey Sajeevking, Yeah I hate when that happen to me when everything deletes or sometimes when you hit the backspace button then it goes back to the page you use to be at then you hit forward and its gone. wow I use to get up set a lot and sometimes the button doesnt work. Wow.. I feel so happy to be done being range under the 500 post mark.. it feels god to be able to copy and paste haha

sk, you need to reach 500 posts to be able to use the copy/paste or cut/paste feature. Right now we premature Lotters just have to make do with more knuckle grease. lol Heheh.
