If you have an infant, place him in a stroller and push it briskly on a smooth trail. If the stroller won't go briskly, then go slowly while wearing ankle weights. If you also have a toddler, place her and the infant in a double stroller. If you have a preschooler, she can pedal her tricycle as you walk. An older child can pedal a bicycle or walk with you.Exercise begets stamina; falling into the sofa begets fatigue. You reap what you sow.

Most of the people that give an excuse of "no time to exercise" are not even bother about to make time for it. How hard does it gets.
Maybe on working day, we find it difficult. But how about on off day? There shouldn't be any excuse right. I usually bring my family to park during my off day. There we walk and jog a bit while my son play on swings or see saw or sliders.

And there are so many Mommy & me exercise and yoga programs nowadays, and many are free or low-cost. Or get a dvd and do them at home!
