Yes, they've actually gone and done it. The electronic cigarette has finally arrived. Perhaps you've seen or heard of it? For me, this is new news. I am a smoker of 42 years, but I never thought I'd see the day. Apparently, several celebrities are now adopting to quit smoking via this method. The device? "Smoke Stik". Non toxic, non tobacco, no tar, no nicotine (except where available), no second-hand smoke, no carbon dioxide, no cancer causing chemicals...however, gives the "appearance" of actually smoking a lit cigarette, by recreating the experience, including a smoke-like vapor made merely of propylene glycol. You get the "smoke" without the smoke. It consists of a battery-shaped-like cigarette, with a screw on filter tip. As one inhales, the end tip glows as if it were on fire; air gets turned into vapor as it passes through one of the optional flavored filters. As one exhales, they give the appearance of actually smoking, without harm to anyone or the environment. Talk about an amazing way to help smokers who want to quit or taper down.
