i just recently got a halogen oven (12L) for my 40th birthday and i am overwhelmed on using it right away. i did try the frozen fries (placed on top rack) and hot dogs (lower rack) and wallah...it did turn out great without any sweat!!! i've been wondering who among you is using halogen ovens for cooking. please share your wonderful and tested recipes.
by the way, my fries were cooked at 205 degrees celcius for 20 mins.

I love cooking also but I haven't tried cooking with halogen oven. And I don't have either any idea what is it. I think I have to check the features and if ever I can buy one for my self, it would be a great help on my kitchen.

if you know what is a turbo broiler then you know what is a halogen oven. i will try to upload the photos of my halogen oven so you will see how it looks like. we used to have one when i was small and the good memories it imprinted in my memories were rather quite strong. that's the reason i did try to acquire one for my family also. this product is really recommended!
