There or four years ago, when I was a student, I was very studious and did well in study. After graduation, I took a job which has high requirement of skill, but I'm lack of experience, so my boss always supervise me to study and at the begining, I made great efforts to study those things. But now, without my boss's supervision, I slack off! I don't mean I already learned all that skills, actually, there are so much things I need to learn. The problem is, without supervision, I always slack off. I don't want this happen to me, what should I do?

Here you can see that a good working habit is rather important to us.But since you studied so hard and did well as a student, that told me you've had a good habit.I believe you'll become a great worker of your boss as long as you supervise well yourself.Good luck!

Thank you, friend. I used to have a good habit and I believe I can have it back. I can do much better!

In my opinion you just have to concentrate on what you are doing, your just lack of focus... if you really think you are slack off then you are slack off but if you will think you can do it, i know you can do it... Our mind is so powerful that what we think can make it happen, its just law of attraction... check the video "the secret" from yotube... it really helps... try it, and believe in yourself that you can do it, and include some prayers too...

Thank you very much, patricia! You are right, I always lack of concentration on what I'm doing. I can't keep myself focused. I think the first thing I must do is telling myself that I can do it, I can focus on when I want to slack off.

Hi. Maybe a co-worker would help. You could try talking to your boss, tell them that you are not always sure if you are doing the job 100% correct all of the time and maybe a co-worker might help or more supervision. Hope this helps
