Is it possible for me to join affiliate programs without a domain name, I mean using only my fb account?

some affiliate programs allow you to add your account id number to their own website.that way if someone buys from them through you,they will know and reward you e.g www.affiliateprogram.com/your id.as for facebook.you can only use it to market your affiliate products .as for using your facebook id as your domain, wont it redirect to your wall?
