Paypal Problem

So recently I encountered a problem with some lady who send me $10 as a gift via paypal for a watch I was going to send her. She gave me her address as Ontario, CA which I assumed was Ontario, Canada so I send her item. Later she told me it was Ontario, California. I offered to send her another item but shes being stubborn and says shes going to report me. If she sent the paypal money as a gift as she still get a refund?

Ugh. That sounds like an annoying situation. Luckily if Paypal forcefully returns her money it's only $10 bucks. It's a bummer though, I wonder what will happen. I think Paypal will still refund her money even though it's a "gift"... good try though. Just try contacting her and telling her exactly what happened. If you're sending her another watch she shouldn't be such a pain.

She actually got me confused with someone else and thinks she bought a $30 item from me. Anyways if she does make this a paypal problem I can just tell them my side of the story and paypal can make that decision.
